Motherboard Not replaced in 5 months

I gave my motherboard ASROCK GM Pro3 which had a display problem for replacement to Prime ABGB Pvt Ltd on 27- June since i had purchased it from them. Today is 27th November and i have not yet recieved my Motherboard. It claimed to get replaced within 15 days.. bt now 5 months has passed and still i didn't get my Motherboard back.

So I pass my Complaint forward to take necessary actions.
