Over Billing and poor service

I am purchasing a computer of the following configuration

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor with Intel Chipset, 3GB 800MHz DDR2 SDRAM

500GB SATA Hard Drive & 18.5" Widescreen TFT Display .etc.

from a authorise dealer nearest to my home “ M/s.

father But the dealer informed and discourage us to purchase through NET which is not only very hazardous but cumbersome too.

However he agreed and informed us that the same configured product he can also offer for Rs. 59, 000/- and after negotiation he agreed to provide a carry bag along with the same configured PC. On belief, 12.12.2009 and delivery date was fixed on 15.12.2009. But on 15.12.2009 he give me a PC which is sealed by his own sticker, now i facing some problem, so i called him and his mechanic came to my house and open their seal and told me that this machine are much more lower configured in comparison to my offered which is IN8 for Rs. 43, 900/- and told me that do not disclose his name in front of shop. But I go to the court soon.
