Credit card charged but no service

I had bought the AVG paid version on 30th January. My credit card was charged, However it was a transaction failed status. I have been trying to contact them but without any result. I have sent email with my credit card details to avgsales@milestoneinteractive.com, but no one even cared to reply me. Its not expected from a reputed company like AVG.
