Not delivering material even after receivig the money since last one month

I had placed an order on 15.6.10 for Reebock laptop bag along with free wrist watch along with offer of free gift of a Benetton Messenger Bag the offer of free gift of benetton messenger bag was sent to me by mail on 14/6/10..

and the order no is 880124386 and the payment were made by credit card and the amount of Rs. 1398.00 deducted from my account along with shipment charges but while i was looking at the delevery status

i found that it shows that the payment is not confermed and still the same has not dispatched, so that i provide them the complete detial of payment the copy of credit card statement for the month june-10 as per their mail along with the AUth code no.165963 dt:15/6 time:2:46 PM with the scan copy of credit card statement, after that they ask me for the complete detial of address with detial of order so i proivede the same to them but till date even after calling so many time i donot received my order
