NON-RECEIPT OF REFUND ORDER

Our E-filing ack.number is 155633071180910 dated 19/09 return for F.Y 2010 having PAN N0.AADCB2588A was processed by CPC, and released the Refund order by SBI, Mumbai vide their advice letter N0.CMPP7223316 dated 13/04 for Rs.305, 860.00 . However due to wrong Bank account number it was returned back to SBI, Mumbai by Speed Post on 06/05 with a request to correct Bank account number and re-issue the Refund order. We had also sent the application to Local IT Officer along with all documents to transmit the correct particulars to CPC or SBI to enable them to re-issue fresh Order. We are sorry to inform that nothing has happened to our application till date. we had also sent email to Income-Tax Department as well as SBI but result is zero. Again we had sent letter on 03/06 to Local IT Ward and SBI, Mumbai with all revised details but we yet to receive our Refund. Please advise us to whom we have to contact for our solution. shall we write to Finance Ministry. we are fade-up now.
