i had 2 write u dis letter because of misbehavior done by a person coming 2 my house 2 collect d internet bill.. he gave me his number 2 ask if their is a internet problem.. when i called him and said that i cannot access my internet connection he is speaking 2 me in a very rude way he is "kya re problem kya hai tere " and all!!! is this d way u r teaching ur employes 2 speak 2 ur customers. his mobile number is 9912378885. i hope if u have some manners u wil teach ur employes how 2.i dont want dat person 2 cum and collect d money again 2 my house..
