Beetel MF190 usb modem
Not compatible in Linux OS

Computers & Services

I have bought one Beetel MF190 3g usb modem. Since i use Linux (Fedora 12) OS in my laptop I bought this modem as I saw it is compatible in linux written in the packet of the product. But I could not connect it in linux though windows is ok for this. I tried to tell them my problem at their customer care number but they could not solve and now they are just lifting my phone but dont even speak a single word. Its a kind of harassment. Even i mailed them at their customer care mail id customer.care@beetel.in but they did not send me any reply.

I want them to give me the instruction how do i connect it in Linux.
