Benq 18.5 in lcd moniter

I have purchased a lcd mointer of benq (18.5 in) on 30/1 which has a manufacturing deffect on its panel.but company on first complain decline do anything as they think the deffect is not so significant.but i think that they passing on there unsold (manufacturing date july09) deffective products to customers.
