Defective Motherboard

I have purchased a intel motherboard bearing sl. no. AZRQ031001R3 from Berlia Compu System, 28, C.R. Avenue, Kolkata -700 012, Ph:40113888 (20 Lines) vide their Inv. No.19699 dated 18/09. When this motherboard is being trying to assembled, it is noted defective. I complain at Berlia and they forward it to Intel. But Intel returns this device without taking any step, showing that they have no responsibility since the device is physically defective. Also Berlia to say they have no responsibility for physically defective device.

Now Sir, I want to inform you that I am purchasing any device (defective) with full payment and take home and see it is defective then it is my fault. What kind of this justice. No value of price!!
