Non receipt of PF money

Sir,

Sub:- Non receipt of PF money (PF Number :- MH/44579-969)

This is to inform you that I worked with BEST IT WORLD (INDIA) PVT LTD in Kolkata Branch, 55B, Malanga Lane, Kolkata, and Head Office in Bombay, I left the job in the month of January and 1st time i fillup the and submit PF withdrawl form to the company May as they said after completion of 3 months i can submit it. In the month of September they told me that due to mistake (Form fill up mistake) PF office return the Form, When i asked for returned form, they said it has not come to kolkata yet, i have to re submit the form. Again i submit the form on 20th September.

I am regularly following to asking for the status of it, but they are unable to give me any feedback.

PF Number is :- MH/44579-868

Please Help me out to get my PF amount.
