Misplacement of System during service

I was referred to this computer service firm by Justdial upon my request for Computer service firms on 23 july. Their personnel named Srinivas had called me and had come over to my premises to take my HCL Desktop (c.p.u-system) for service. I paid a service charge of Rs.250, he had assured that he will return my system after service with in a week. After a week also i didn't get my system back and there was no intimation from the firm's side. i had made repeated calls to the personnel who had visited my place, but i failed to get any reply from his number. i found out another number of their firm from justdial and a person named Mr. Manjunath had picked my call, even he kept assuring me that my system will be delivered as soon as possible. But even he failed to do deliver it as he said and i did not receive my system. The firm claims that they had left the System on some stair case in my lane and had ever since not picked my call or reverted back. I complained about the company to Justdial and even they couldn't contact that firm or any of their personnel. i received a call from Justdial and they had put me on a conference with the Managing Director of that company Mr. Govind raju, who gave unrealistic answer and took my cell number. He later called me and started talking in an Abusive way and said that he was no interested in my system and their firm did not care whether i got it back or not. Its been 2 and half months and still i haven't received my system back, with no where to go i am filing a consumer complaint on this firm to prevent any one else falling prey to them. I have lost my System worth Rs.20, 000.
