Dear sir, I have paid Rs.5889 for purchasing Pental tablet to www.bigmartlive.com. I have deposited amount on their account and got confirmation mail from them. after few days they said they don't have stock of that tablet and they want to give other tablet which is less configured than mine. I said I want to cancel my order and want my money back. They have cancelled my order and from last 2 months they are not refunding my amount and saying that wait a week, or few days. i have called, mailed them many times but not got any proper response from them. Please refund my amount as soon ass possible.
