I developed a software for Shree Lakshmi Commercial, Manohar Market, Kotla Mandi Meerut. He Promised that he will give me 5000 Rs. we received 2000 in advanced and now his project is completed he gave me 3000 Rs. Cheque of this account no. 022683800000047 dt. 22/12 through Yes Bank Meerut now his cheque rejected (Insufficient Balance) Now he denied for reaming Payment.
