Non repair of blackberry tablet

I have bought my blackberry playbook 6 months back and is still under warranty. now the blackberry tablet has stopped working and completely blanked out. blackberry has not repaired under warranty and none of their senior members are there to talk to us. they are asking me to pay 9000 even though it is still under warranty. the original price was 16500. i would like that a action is taken against them.
