Cheating Employees

My friends are working in Bloomsofttech Lakdikapul, Hyderabad. While joining they have promised that they would pay a basic of 7000pm from 4th month onwards. After 8th month also they have not paid the promised amount. I doubt whether its a registered company or not. Whenever one asks for the salary increment they would keep the person in elimination list. Company does not maintain any standards. They deduct Provident fund every month but do not provide PF number when asked. Though there are not many projects they recruit people by accepting 30000Rs as initial deposit. Till now more than 500 people have joined the company and we are worried about their future...

Would be thankful if anyone takes a serious action against the company
