90-2705kVA AVS GOT DEFECTIVE within a period of one month

Dear Sirs,

I went for purchase of copper wound AVS from a leading dealer of ACs, Refrigerators, TVs, Washing Machines, LCDs, Ovens, etc, M/s Snow Cool, Tiuraha Dube Ka Para, Agra Road, Aligarh 202 001, Mob. No.9358251824, Phone No.05713290212, Proprietor: Mr Vinay Sighal, having a large sale, has sold me as Bluebird 97-270V model:06 voltage stablizer with Bluebird name and logo affixed thereon as generally appear on your products. It was told to me that it is a copper wound on a price of Rs.7300/- Rs300 for adding TDR.

After using it for some days, it came to my knowledge that the winding of this AVS is of aluminium whereas I had required copper wound AVS. I repeatedly told the fact to the dealer that I actually required copper wound AVS, I was also ready to pay extra charges for copper wound, the dealer kindly replaced by GEMAX branded stablizer manufactured by Goyal Electronix Centre, 345, Jawahar Ganj, Hapur 245101 e-mail: gemax_india@yahoo.com saying that it is copper wound but in fact it was a thin aluminium wire wound automatic voltage stablizer which I could not retain with me for long and soon returned it to the dealer and asked TO return the previous bluebird stablizer which WAS returned to him (M/s Snow Cool, Aligarh), but during transit to our residence it got defective, so we had to again return back to it to the dealer to replace it by OK one.

I will request to please write to your dealer M/s Snow Cool, Tiuraha Dube Ka Para, Agra Road, Aligarh 202 001, Mob. No.9358251824, Phone No.05713290212, Properietor: Mr Vinay Singhal, to immediately replace it and hand over me a Bluebird copper wound automatic voltage stablizer of 90-270V 5 kVA as of above configuration. I am ready to pay the over price. If no favourable action to remedy the above I shall be complelled to go to the hon’ble consumer forum at Aligarh or for any other legal action as deemed fit according to case & circumstances against the Bluebird manufacturer and M/s Snow Cool.
