Non delivery of my order from dell india after 2 days

I have received message from bluedart that i will be reciving my order from dell on 27th april from 11 a.m to 5 p.m sharp. I some how manged some one to stay at home for delivery but it is not made.
After calling and talking to bluedart they said that (mrs sunaina and many more persons from blydaart) assured that u will receive the delievery on 28 th after 8:30 p.m (as requested by me) but i have not recived the order.
