I had problem with my ADSL modem from long time so i decided to contact a BSNL techinician whose number was given to me by BSNL office. He came at my place checked everthing and finally he said "Sir, your modem has problem so i need to replace it. Unfortunately we don't have any modem right now as their is shortage of modems so you will have to wait for few months." I said ok its fine i will wait for sometime. Later after few months, when I didn't recieve modem, I decided to file Online complain through their website and after few days I received a response from them as "Technical adjustment rejected"!!! I have annoyed to see them declining my request for a new modem. Now today again when I am facing a new problem, with BSNL Internet i.e my internet disconnects every 10second, i decided to file another complain on their website, but now it says "You have already filed one complain. Plz wait for your previous complain to be resolved". Now what I have to do???
I don't understand why this people are so lazy and arrogant
