It was not working properly

Sir / madam

i have internet connection from bsnl broadband home plane 750 three months ago. i will pay for that 780 / month not including telephone bill. but it was not working properly i will compliant to edava telephone exchange they will did not mind. and again i was speak with them by telephone. one person came in my house and he saying line complaint like they will not finishing that complaint

my problem is modem link was not study some time s its working some time is not working it was not a good service from bsnl and please take some action for me
