Too slow

Sir,

we applied for 625 unlimited plan but it is too slow... sometimes the page itself is not opening. and it takes too much time to open one single website and most of the times its not even opening. its just keeps on loading and loading. it is very difficult. what do you say sir? is 750 plan better and faster? or is there any connection or network problem in our connection?
