Complaint and request for modem change, Broad band no, 0495 - 2- 373245

This is to complain you about the product and services offered .i was using

your, bsnl Broad band, # no ; 0495 - 2-373245 (C-Mohamed)

till last month. unfortutunately the modem got dead from

this date (02-06).i informed and complained about the matter many times .but i am shame to announce you that i recieved a very bad

feedback.(no stock modem) moreover i am using the connection in rental basis out of your

possitive compulsion.

its my humble request to consider my complaint and make sure required work done as soon as possilble.
