Oad band /internet connection not working

Dear Sir,

my broad band connection is not working from last one month, I reported the matter to Garacharma exchange but so far means till today 11.04. the same has not been restore. the Telephone No. is 253331. As I faceing lot of problem due non availability of internet connection.

Please look into the matter on porioty basis.
