Oadband connection

I have been poor performance of BSNL broadband connection. LInk never gets stable.

I have logged 100 's of complains, but no body wants to resolve the problem.

I am residing at Laketown kolkata. I strongly believe BSNL is the example of worst performance in entire india. And I will like to advise each new customer getting bsnl connection, think 100 times before u get it, because letter hey will not even allow you to drop the connection easily.
