Broadband connection not working

Hi,

My internet is not working and had placed a complained through 18004241600 on 07.04.10 and was attended by Mr. Nizad and the complaint no was 0410/2043, even after 2 day nothing was done to rectifie the problem, and agian on 12.04.2010 Mr. Prashanth had attended and the complaint no was 0410/123 and now even after repeated call no person is attending the call (tryed nearly 23 times) u can check the recording. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. Its disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified.
