Poor and malicious down loading

Someone from BSNL Hyderabad (Phone #s 24612539, 24612540, 24612542) called me up yesterday (Tuesday 03 May 11) telling me that BSNL is offering a 1 month trial free download of games and I could decide to continue or not after the trial period. I agreed to try it out and accordingly followed his instructions on downloading the offer. Every time I came to the playstation, my computer switched off and restarted. This happened atleast 15 times if not more. I then found that my computer went "dead" for all functions except starting up and I had to request an expert to come and fix the problem for which he charged me Rs.750/- He said that I have disabled all the functions and he had to enable and configure them all over again. There was one instruction of "disable all" which I was asked to click each and every time by the BSNL person and this perhaps caused all the enabled programmes on my system to fail.

Today a person from BSNL called me up again from phone # 24612558 to say that my games download has been activated. I told him that I did not want it as it is ruining my system. He insisted that I had no choice to discontinue now. Is this the way BSNL functions? Who am I to report the matter?
