Exemption of charges due to non connectivity of broadband connection

I am having landline broadband connection on telephone no 0755-2671574 with unlimited plan of Rs 799.During the month of August 11 my broadband connection was out of order from dated 9/8 to 25/8.I was not able to access the broadband connection while in my plan recurring charges Rs 799 are chargable for the month. As more than half of month i was not able to use broadband connection, It is requested to exempt 50% charges in my bill for the month of August.
