Cutting of balance unnessarily

On 18th evening i hav recharged for 55 rupees, in my balance it was -10.so then my balance was 40.on 19th morning i made a call for 14 rupees.and now my balance is 7 rupees.this is not the first time i am expiriencing this.when i called customer care the response was really poor.please give me a solution.my name is jijo and my no.is 9441352602.
