NETWORK FAILURE

BSNL USB MODEM has a very poor service in Allahapur Allahabad. Sir when i am connecting through usb modem the network comes but i cannot open any search engine, the network falls down immediately. They cheat people and don't offer any service. I wasn't even provided with the USB MODEM set at the time of installation and after contacting them no. of times too they didn't do anything concrete. I contacted their Nodal centre and Appelate Authority too but nothing happened.

Sir please sort out my network failure problem in Allahapur Allahabad.infront of Bsnl Office.
