Weak speed of Browsing and Download

Respected Sir,

I am Sandeep Malik from Chandigarh sector 46 using the BSNL NIC modem for the internet facility. But BSNL modem internet working is so slow even most of the time it does not connect to the server. Even most of the time it stop to receive the signal which stop my work in between. Please solve my problem. Please reply sir my E-mail id is sandeep_chd008@rediff.com
