I bought busy software from busy infotech pvt ltd in 2008 and with the software they give usb key so that it should be validated whenever you use busy but now i lost my usb key i called company to get a new key in fact i was promised at the beginning that if i lost the usb key they will replace it my by charging 300-500 rupees now they are making excuses asking me to buy new version and new software this company is a cheat company their managers dont know how to talk to clients they were very very rude when i talked to them please do not buy busy software go for tally they are best for customer care and more reliable then this fake company busy infotech pvt ltd company
