Worthless and Unprofessional Service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a Deal from Snap Deal offering me a 80% discount on PC/Laptop services by Call-a-Tech.

On the basis of this i purchased this deal from Snap-deal on Dec 20 with voucher code:26221480.

On DEC 2nd Two technicians from Call-a-tech visited my place and started to diagnose my issues. Even after working on for 4-5 hours they were not able to resolve my issue and said that there was a definite problem with my Motherboard and left. Later on i got my PC checked with another technician, he was able to resolve the same issue in 30 minutes. In addition to this the Call-a-Tech technicians were very unprofessional in their approach towards resolving the issue. I don't understand on basis of what such people are hired and on what basis Snap Deal offers such kind of worthless deals.

I had even called up the Call-a-tech office and Snap deal customer care and informed the same but still nothing has been done. This just shows the careless attitude of the company's towards its customer.
