Cannon/pixma time
Not received free gift

I have purchased Cannon Printer MP258 with serial no. LBTB90652 in August (order ref no. 20110816018758) through Star CJ and during the ordering time there was a promotional offer of Giordano watch with every PIXMA all in one printer. I have registered my serial no of printer on their website and I got a SMS that the watch will be delivered within 45 days. But as on date I have not received the same. STAR CJ says that the offer was from cannon and they are not responsible for the same. But we have purchased the printer, keeping faith in the Channel.
