CHEATING BY PROVING OF OLD DAMAGED GRAPHIC CARD BY KEEPING US IN DARK

Respected Sir,
With due respect I would like to state that CAREER COMPUTERS (2ND FLOOR, SILVER ARC PLAZA, 20/1, NEW PALASIA, INDORE (M.P.), PHONE NUMBER- 0731-2435122, 2430842, 4065842) have cheated us in the following ways:
1. First and foremost the main thing is that, disgusting type of systems they provide in which after the supply of the system to the customer no one is responsible for the warranty period caring of the hardware parts.
2. The worst thing is that they provided 2006 model of the graphic card in the system which was purchased in June and are blaming the customer that the graphic card provided by them is not theirs. Now, if they are blaming us so they must provide us with the company details and graphic card no. which they are saying that they had given us.
We need to know the name of all the companies with local address and the parts number for the following:
Processor
Motherboard
Ram
Hard disk
Cabinet
Monitor
Graphic card
So we can approach to the company directly and get the proper service which career computers after committing has not provided us.
The above information is asked by us to them a number of times but they are not at all concerned about providing it.
They are fooling us since 1 year, and now when 1 year is over then they are telling us that the particular graphic card is not theirs.
3. After every 15-20 days there is some or the other problem with the system since the purchase of the system, every time we tell them but, they simply give no response.
4. The talk with them since purchase of the system was to install a linux operating system with windows, but till now they have not provided this facility.
In all the ways career computers have made me fed up and frustrated with the computer system and services they provided.
