Ink leaving problem through 'HPOJ 8500 AIO wireless' printer on HP color lock logo pape

Dear sir,

I have purchased ‘HP 8500 All in one Wireless Printer’ (S. No. MY95F220T1, Model No. CB023A, Purchase Invoice No. 283) on 27th Nov., from Kartik Computer, Khandari, Agra, after seeing specification on the website. I have a problem with this printer from that day, when I touch the dry printout with dry or wet fingure on HP office paper 75gms with color lock logo, ink leaves the paper, while HP says that, this printer gives water resistant printout on HP color lock logo paper. My all four cartridges have been replaced by Redington Ltd., Lucknow but my problem has not been resolved.

Now again I have complained to 'customer care technical support' and they have given me service token number 8035405074 and suggested me for checking printheads.

When I sent printheads on 20th Feb. for checking through HP service Centre, Media House, Sanjay Place, Agra, then Lucknow service centre said that these printheads have been used before the purchase date of printer and they can't check it and gave me case ID: ININDARC63001001107.

Now tell me, is it possible that host prinheads can be used before purchasing of printer? They are saying indirectly that our purchase invoice is false.

I have unpacked the printer and printheads (which were came with printer) on 30th Nov. and when I installed printheads first time then printer was showing incorrect date on touch screen. Printer does not change date automatically, when I take printout from computer then printer change date on touch screen.

Now tell me, what to do, because I have complained for this problem many times. If I know that I will have to face these problems then I would not purchase any HP's printer.
