Cheating done for 25000 Rs

Espected sir,

i purcahsed a computer system from a shop i paid him Rs. 55000. after one week i came to know that its actual price was only 30000. the shopkeeper cheated me by 25000.. so i talked to him abut this matter and we reached on a solution that i will give him computer back and he will give me 45000 in 8 days. so as it done i gave him the computer on 2 november till today he didnt gave me any money and just passing the days.. he is a complete fraud guy i want your help to bang him on his home because his shop is also closed and the bill he gave me was also fraud... pls get me my money from him sir i request u to help me..

as proof i have his written note that he have to give me 45000 and an audio recording also. around 500 sms and his atm card and his contact details
