Respected Sir, We Came to Lalbagh Road, land mark Urvashi Theatre, Passport Seva Project Office we attended with 2 months girl child with filling of the passport forms with Id Proof & Passport copies of both father & mother's but at present father is in sharjah. with child's mother, (my sister) we came but we disappointed from Enquiry section, that by telling bring the online appointment print out. One of the girl from enquiry counter she didn't answer in proper words with us, we told her that a bangalore option we are not getting to process the online registration when we select the passport office place in the pull down list for place bangalore option we won't get that on the website for child, and she said I am telling her lie this with harrassly she were answered us. so still I am not getting the online form to fill up for child passport its very urgency for us, but we are disappointed from the website wot to do Sir, please kindly inform me the correct information with step by step procedure that how to fill up from Kolar Dist. Bangarapet Taluq, (far away from Bangalore 80 Kms distance) through website to get the print out of appointments regarding, because when ever we have a small child how to get a easy procedure to apply for passport with being correct documents with us stood and directly to apply for normal passport in the office. my email address is javaads@yahoo.com for your reference. please help this for your kind information regarding this, Javaad Shariff.
