Egardigng the parcel

I got the email about winning a prize but i still did not receive it due to some problems . i am not sure about this sceme so please verify my parcel no. i.e 1010 which is sent by windows live and given to citylinks courier comapny... please give detailed information about what to do how can i claim my parcel with security. the problem is tat they are askin us to pay 21000 INR amount of money 1st in some personla account on the means of custom clearance but i doubt it because according to our confirmation the account the gave us is frm imphal and the person named deepak sharma (8826789788) has been callin us to make payment in a persnal account which he claims to b from delhi but it is from imphal . i wish u to please verify all the mater and provide required information and help me.
