1.went for a motherboard problem.not solved even after 4 recurrent attempts.

2.laptop works for 7 days after repairing, becomes dead then

3.spent rs. 5500 for motherboard repairing, still no result

4.spent another rs. 2600 for a part, which cant even solve the symptoms-forget about the problems.don't know even its actually fitted

5.actual deliver date is always several days after promised date

6.now, after opening the laptop 4 times and engulfing rs.8100 with no result-suggesting motherboard change (business of another 1-)

7.no result on modest talking, became violent hearing "consumer forum"

8.last but not the least-compressed a wire to LCD which caused severe display problems.they told that LCD is to be changed (rs. 7500).but the problem was managed at home by simply loosening the screw a bit.

"COME & KEEP COMING" or "WE DON'T LEAVE OUR CUSTOMERS" should become tag line of these frauds.
