Poor service

Had a lcd problem.gave for servicing within warranty period. they have replaced the lcd with a much old, used poor quality lcd. when again i issued a complain (no 4617192417) they kept my laptop for more then 2 weeks and ultimwtely when returned saying the hav given this time a new/better lcd, i found out it was the same bad lcd. now i am fade up with these bastards! can pledge that will never buy or suggest any friend to buy hp or compac devices.
