Hi,

I purchased compaq 610 laptop Serial: CNU9522BCC and Operating System is windows 7 home premium.

First problem is, when i open video file from media player its not playing after that if i try to open any other audio or video file its not opening...

Second problem is, after i plug out airphone pin from laptop the audio sound is not comming from laptop speaker...

Audio and Video is the main problem im facing...

please tell me what should do now for that 2 problem...

is it hardware problem or operating system driver problem...
