SUDDEN BLURRED SCREEN

Refrence is made to the Complain No.4614445636 dtd.13/05 for my Laptop Compaq 610 serial No.(S) LNU 0052QPD gone all of a sudden blurred screen, on taking to the service centre Digital Care, Ranchi, the attendant refused to accept, they saying that the Laptop is physically damaged.

Sir I assure you that I am a Manager in a bank and not only myself but my complete staffs used your disguise product for past few years, so far I never faced this type of problem.

I am pained on there remark because you can't see any type of physical damage on my Laptop. I confirm you that it is not a case of physical tampering.

I contacted Mr. Syan sengupta and Mr. Debsis through Email and Mr. Biswajeet personally, but till date there is no response from anywhere and so far they never bothered to contact single time.

I feel guilty that why I purchased your product where customer's value is nil and after sale customers become a BAKRA

Now I have left no ways accept to contact you, if not I would be going to consumer forum for the trouble which I am facing.

Hope you shall obliging me by mending my Laptop as earliest.
