Not reparing and giving excuse

Sir i have bought my lapy (compaq 620) from jhansi and iam a student in indore indra college indore.my laptop is started giving problem.firstly when i was in jhansi, i have gone to hp service centre there they told me that your mother board is not properly working so they need 5 to 6 days for ordering new motherboard but due to i am a student so i was not able to stay in jhansi for 1 week thats why i have gone to hp service centre indore and complained for it and told all about what i had listen in hp s.c. jhansi but they not work over it . till now i have gone to them 2-3 times but but still they not doing anything.sir i am very deppresed. sir hp s.c. is so far from my hostel so how can i go to them again and again so plz help me. my ph. no. is 07879267648 and my id is rai.nikhil266@gmail.com.
