I have purchased a compaq cq50-100em model laptop from abroad with international warranty. i have submitted it for service after it had crashed its motherboard. I had to wait for many months to get it replaced with a new motherboard and that after fighting it out with the service centre people. Now after almost 3 months it had the same problem. What shall i do now.? Ima na MBA student and i am awaiting my placements and need to submit my project report shortly. Iam frustrated by the service that they offered me and swear that will never purchase a compaq or HP laptop in my life nor would recommend to anybody. Thanx Hp for whatever you have done to me.
