Hardware problem

When i am trying to install new os like ubuntu or windows xp, after copying the file blue screen occures saying that there may be hardware problem. i have already shown laptop to RT service center, they installed new os (windows vista). but now it is showing this problem again. i need to install other os because of my work requirement.
