CHEATING OF CUSTOMERS IN THE NAME OF "OFFERS"

Dear sir,

Hereby we are requesting a help from you.

We three students of same college was eligible for the claim Notebook Student offer by purchasing Compaq HP Laptops in July from your shop. And we send the claims along with the DD according to the claim procedure. We got the file nos and mentioning that the claim is under process. After that no information about the claim. We send status request mails in November but no reply. We contacted the dealer, they says that they are not responsible for the claims. I complaint at the site http://www.hpredemptions.innovativesupport.in and got a ticket ID JZZ-259545 and saying that
