Compaq laptop 620
Etailer charged more than MRP

I bought a compaq620 laptop from the Kolkata dealer Jayco Exports. They provided me one laptop and said the back pack is free. They charged me Rs 32, 200/-. After coming back home I found that the MRP includng of all taxes is 31, 702.86. When I called for an explanation they asked me to come over to their shop. They refunded me 1000 bucks and took away me backpack saying that it was not free. This is only harming the reputation of HP/Compaq since I had no problems with HP before. I was surprised how an aothorised dealer could behave like this - overcharging and taking away of back pack. I could not find any email address of HP where I could complain so I am writing here. I hope the company will look into the matter at the earliest.
