Laptop with Duplicate Hard Disk

We have purchased a laptop of Compaq HP, before three week from a dealer based in borivali (E). After one week of use there was problem of automatic restart. The dealer asked to go to the service centre where we came to know that the hard disk in the laptop is the not original one and it is duplicate. The serial no differs from what it should be. The service centre people also mentioned that if anything is happened to the Hard disk they wont be doing anything even if it is in warrenty period. After contacting to the dealer he raised his hands up and said that he can not do anything and blamed us that u only must have changed that hard disk. We are such illeterate people for computer that we dont even know how to open the laptop. We have ringed to the dealer so many time for the solution but now he is saying that i will not pick your phone.

He is cheating us. Please advice what we should do in this case.
