Compaq laptop
CHARGED UNDER WARRENTY

Dear Sir,

I have purchased "HP Compaq 621, s/no. CNU04453ND" laptop on 18th December and it came with one year warranty. suddenly after 10 days it started troubling in it WLAN, its WLAN automatically stop working while working. When I contact to the HP service center, "S.R.COMPUTERS ANNEXE, 122, DD PLAZA, PUNJABI PATCH, MATHURA." on 29 december then he told me u need to reinstalled the window 7 then it will remove this problem. Then i said ok. He make a service slip then said u have to pay 300Rs/ in advanced then rest ammount will have to pay when u will get ur laptop.

I said but i just purchase this laptop and it has 1year Warrenty so will i pay this much ammount only for reinslled window.then he get hyper and talk very rootly and misbehaviorly.which i dont like..I want to ask the compaq team "is compaq really charged when our computer is in warrenty"and the main thing is that i took it before 10days..

I request to the sir please take serious action against him so that he never do these type of misbehaviour with costomers and also not take any charges under warrenty ..
