Regarding not proper working of Battery

Respected Sir,

I bought leptop of compaq company of Model COMPAQ510 in Oct through college (Hindustan College of Science & Technology, Mathura). Now one year has gone and warranty period has been over. The battery of laptop is to working more than 50 minutes, while other Laptops which were bought before this laptops working properly with Battery back up upto 3 hours. I want to that my Battery should be changed and company should prepare all the units in the same quality.
