I have purchased Compaq Presario Desktop SG 3650 IL on 16th Feb '09 under assurance by the dealer that I will be getting HP 3-in-one printer and a HP 600VA UPS as gift (my Redemption Ticket ID # 216NEGA7L8).
About 3 months back, I have received HP 600VA UPS through Elbee Courier Service and but till date have not received the HP 3-in-one printer. Please help me to get my gift at an earliest.
